Because so many Government rules impact how Farragut Advisory Service’s clients do business with their public sector customers as well as with prime or subcontractor team members, we have found that clients sometimes need additional types of consulting assistance. Not all areas are listed here, but we feel that it is unlikely that a client will have an issue in an area related to Government business with which we cannot assist. In such a situation, we have access to expertise in the legal, financial, accounting fields (as well as other areas) that be tapped on behalf of a client.
- Customized Training in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), all other relevant Federal procurement rules, including Commercial Item and Commercial Services contracting, Compliance training, Intellectual Property rights in Government Contracts.
- Due Diligence Assessments of potential contract or intellectual property liability associated with government contracts, grants or other agreements in the corporate divestitures or acquisitions.
- Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Requests. Submission of FOIA requests, negotiation with agency disclosure officers, “business submitter” reviews, appeals of denials. Client remains anonymous.
- Management Consulting. Assessments, advice and knowledge transfer and on best practices, business process improvements. Outsourced services for executive management, business development, contracts and licensing.
